Work booklets


Each young person will be presented with their very own workbook in which all comments both positive and negative may be written without fear of disclosure to third parties subject to the usual safeguarding and confidentiality rules. The intentions are that the workbook will not only document their journey through the program but assist the project leaders in ensuring their individual action plans meet the young person’s needs in order to bring about change. The workbooks will also enable young people to begin reflecting on who they are and their identity.

Over the weeks participants complete different sections of the ‘Who am I’ Actions for Changes workbook. Staff assess the responses and discuss with the young people. This will enable our team to form a picture of the needs and subsequent actions that need to be taken to facilitate change and enable a positive outcome to be achieved. Both one-to-one and group-based methods will be utilised.
